Chicken Fried Noodles

The recipe

Instructions

    Cook the noodles to packet instructions, drain and toss with a little of the sesame oil to stop them sticking.

    Slice the chicken and stir-fry in a hot wok with a splash of oil for 6-7 minutes until golden and cooked right through with no pink remaining.
  3. 3
    Add the sliced onion, carrot and garlic and stir-fry for 3 minutes until just tender.
  4. 4
    Tip in the noodles, bean sprouts, soy sauce and oyster sauce and toss everything together over a high heat for 2 minutes.

    Scatter over the sliced spring onion and serve straight from the pan.
