Instructions

Dice the onion and finely chop the garlic.

Sauté the onion in a large deep pan with a little oil over medium heat until soft.

Pour in the chopped tomatoes, cream, and dried basil. Stir well.

Add the pasta and enough water to just cover it.

Simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
