The recipe

Instructions

    Pat the chicken thighs dry — dry skin crisps best. Toss with the oil, paprika, crushed garlic, herbs, salt and pepper.

    Arrange skin-side up in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. 3
    Air fry at 200C for 22-25 minutes, until the skin is crisp and the juices run clear.
  4. 4
    Rest for a couple of minutes and serve with potatoes and greens.
