Air Fryer Fish Fillets

The recipe

Instructions

    Pat the fish fillets dry and season with the salt. Set out the flour on a plate, beaten egg in a bowl and breadcrumbs on a second plate.

    Coat each fillet in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, pressing the crumbs on well.
  3. 3
    Lightly brush or spray both sides with the cooking oil.
  4. 4
    Preheat the air fryer to 200C and lay the fillets in a single layer.
  5. 5
    Cook at 200C for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until the crumb is golden and the fish flakes easily and is piping hot throughout. Serve with lemon wedges.
