    Cut the white fish into finger-sized strips and pat them dry with kitchen paper.

    Set up three bowls: flour seasoned with salt and pepper, the beaten eggs, and the breadcrumbs mixed with paprika.

    Dip each fish strip into the flour, then the egg, then coat well in the breadcrumbs.

    Preheat the air fryer to 200C, lay the fish fingers in a single layer and lightly spray with oil.

    Cook for 12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and the fish is cooked through and flakes easily. Serve straight away.
