The recipe

    Cut the halloumi into bite-sized cubes and pat them dry with kitchen paper.

    Toss the cubes in the flour mixed with paprika and oregano until lightly coated, then drizzle over the olive oil.

    Preheat the air fryer to 200C and lay the halloumi out in a single layer.

    Cook for 10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crisp on the outside.
  5. 5
    Squeeze over the lemon and serve hot as a snack or alongside a salad.
