1Cut the halloumi into thick fingers and pat dry. Tip the flour onto one plate, beat the egg in a bowl, and mix the breadcrumbs with the paprika on a second plate.

2Coat each halloumi finger in flour, then egg, then press into the breadcrumbs.

3Lightly brush or spray the coated fries with the cooking oil.

4Preheat the air fryer to 200C. Arrange the fries in a single layer, not touching.

5Cook at 200C for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crisp. Serve hot with a dip.
