1Prick the potatoes all over with a fork. Rub with the oil and salt.

2Air fry at 200C for 40-45 minutes, turning once, until the skin is crisp and a knife slides through easily.

3Split open, add a knob of butter and fluff up the insides.

4Top with grated cheese (and beans, if you have a tin) and serve.
