The recipe

Instructions

    Prick the potatoes all over with a fork. Rub with the oil and salt.

    Air fry at 200C for 40-45 minutes, turning once, until the skin is crisp and a knife slides through easily.

    Split open, add a knob of butter and fluff up the insides.
  4. 4
    Top with grated cheese (and beans, if you have a tin) and serve.
