1Scrub the potatoes and cut each into wedges, leaving the skins on. Pat dry.

2Crush the garlic and toss the wedges with the cooking oil, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper.

3Preheat the air fryer to 190C and arrange the wedges in a single layer, skin-side down where you can.

4Cook at 190C for 22-25 minutes, shaking the basket every 8 minutes, until golden and tender right through.

5Season with a little extra salt and serve hot.
