Air Fryer Potato Wedges

The recipe

Instructions

    Scrub the potatoes and cut each into wedges, leaving the skins on. Pat dry.
  2. 2
    Crush the garlic and toss the wedges with the cooking oil, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. 3
    Preheat the air fryer to 190C and arrange the wedges in a single layer, skin-side down where you can.
  4. 4
    Cook at 190C for 22-25 minutes, shaking the basket every 8 minutes, until golden and tender right through.
  5. 5
    Season with a little extra salt and serve hot.
