Air Fryer Sausages and Peppers

The recipe

Instructions

    Slice the peppers and onion into thick strips and put them in a bowl with the garlic, olive oil, paprika and oregano.
  2. 2
    Toss to coat, then tip into the air fryer basket and sit the sausages on top.
  3. 3
    Preheat the air fryer to 180C and cook for 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. 4
    Check the sausages are cooked through with no pink in the middle and the peppers are soft and lightly charred.
  5. 5
    Season and serve with bread, rice or mash.
