1Slice the peppers and onion into thick strips and put them in a bowl with the garlic, olive oil, paprika and oregano.

2Toss to coat, then tip into the air fryer basket and sit the sausages on top.

3Preheat the air fryer to 180C and cook for 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

4Check the sausages are cooked through with no pink in the middle and the peppers are soft and lightly charred.

5Season and serve with bread, rice or mash.
