    Fry the bacon in a dry pan over a medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes until crisp, then set aside.

    Add the oil to the pan and fry the eggs for 2 to 3 minutes until the whites are fully set.

    Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or the microwave for a few seconds until soft and pliable.

    Lay the bacon and a fried egg down the middle of each tortilla, add a grind of pepper and a squeeze of ketchup.

    Fold in the sides, roll up tightly and serve warm.
