The recipe

Instructions

    Prick the potatoes all over, rub with the oil and a little salt, and bake at 200C for 60-75 minutes until the skins are crisp and the middles are soft.

    Warm the drained beans in a small pan with the tomato puree, paprika and a splash of water for 5 minutes until saucy.
  3. 3
    Split the hot potatoes open, fluff the insides with a fork and spoon the beans on top.
  4. 4
    Scatter over the grated cheese so it melts into the potato and serve straight away.
