1Prick the potatoes all over, rub with a little salt and bake in a 200C oven for about 70 minutes until crisp outside and fluffy inside.

2Meanwhile simmer the drained beans with the chopped tomatoes and paprika in a small pan for 10 minutes until thick and saucy.

3Split the cooked potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork, then add a knob of butter to each.

4Spoon the beans generously over the top.

5Scatter with grated cheese so it melts into the hot beans, and serve straight away.
