1Toss the diced pork in the flour, then brown all over in a little oil for 4-5 minutes.

2Tip the pork into the slow cooker with the sliced onion, carrots and chopped apples.

3Add the cider, crumbled stock cubes, thyme and mustard, then stir well.

4Cover and cook on low for 7 hours, until the pork is tender and cooked right through.

5Season to taste and serve with mash or crusty bread.
