    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until just tender, then drain and cool under cold running water.

    Drain the tuna and sweetcorn well and tip into a large bowl.
  3. 3
    Add the finely chopped red onion and diced cucumber.
  4. 4
    Stir in the cooled pasta and the mayonnaise, then season with salt and pepper.

    Toss everything together and serve, or chill until needed for lunch.
