1Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until just tender, then drain and cool under cold running water.

2Drain the tuna and sweetcorn well and tip into a large bowl.

3Add the finely chopped red onion and diced cucumber.

4Stir in the cooled pasta and the mayonnaise, then season with salt and pepper.

5Toss everything together and serve, or chill until needed for lunch.
