1Tip the oats into a bowl or two jars and pour over the milk.

2Stir in the yogurt, honey and vanilla extract until well mixed.

3Cover and chill in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

4In the morning give it a good stir and loosen with a splash more milk if needed.

5Top with sliced banana and serve cold.
