    Cook the noodles per packet, drain, rinse cold and toss with sesame oil.

    Slice the chicken into thin strips, julienne the vegetables.
  3. 3
    Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry chicken for 3 minutes. Push to side.

    Add garlic, ginger, then carrots and pepper. Stir-fry 90 seconds. Add bean sprouts for 30 seconds.
  5. 5
    Tip in noodles, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss for 1 minute until heated through. Top with spring onions.
