1Cook the udon noodles to packet instructions, then drain.

2Stir-fry the sliced pork in a hot wok with a splash of oil for 5-6 minutes until cooked right through with no pink remaining.

3Add the shredded cabbage, sliced carrot, onion and garlic and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until just tender.

4Tip in the noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil and toss over a high heat for 2 minutes until everything is coated.

5Scatter with sliced spring onion and serve straight from the wok.
