The recipe

Instructions

    Cook the udon noodles to packet instructions, then drain.
  2. 2
    Stir-fry the sliced pork in a hot wok with a splash of oil for 5-6 minutes until cooked right through with no pink remaining.
  3. 3
    Add the shredded cabbage, sliced carrot, onion and garlic and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until just tender.
  4. 4
    Tip in the noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil and toss over a high heat for 2 minutes until everything is coated.

    Scatter with sliced spring onion and serve straight from the wok.
