1Soak the sweet potato noodles in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain.

2Slice all the vegetables into thin matchsticks. Stir-fry each separately in a little oil for 1-2 minutes; pile on a plate.

3Stir-fry the sliced beef with garlic for 3 minutes until cooked through.

4Boil the soaked noodles for 4-5 minutes until tender. Drain and toss with soy, sugar and sesame oil.

5Combine noodles, vegetables and beef in the wok over low heat. Toss together for 1 minute. Top with sesame seeds and spring onion.
