The gooey Korean bar snack everyone loves, sweetcorn in a creamy, cheesy sauce baked until bubbling and golden. A cheap crowd-pleaser made from a tin and a handful of cheese.

    Drain the sweetcorn well and tip into a bowl.
  2. 2
    Melt the butter in an ovenproof pan, add the corn and cook for 3-4 minutes to warm through.
  3. 3
    Stir in the mayonnaise, sugar, a good grind of pepper and half the sliced spring onion.
  4. 4
    Scatter the grated mozzarella over the top and grill or bake at 200C for 8-10 minutes until melted, bubbling and golden.

    Finish with the remaining spring onion and serve hot for scooping.
