Malaysian Fried Noodles

    Cook the noodles in boiling water until just tender, drain and toss with a little oil to stop them sticking.
  2. 2
    Dice the chicken breast. Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat and stir-fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
  3. 3
    Add the sliced onion, garlic and shredded cabbage and fry for 3 minutes, then push aside and scramble the eggs.
  4. 4
    Add the noodles with the soy sauce, ketchup and sweet chilli sauce and toss over a high heat until everything is hot and glossy.
  5. 5
    Scatter with sliced spring onion and serve straight from the wok.
