Instructions

    Cook the noodles per packet, drain, rinse cold and toss with a splash of oil.
  2. 2
    Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry chicken strips for 3 minutes.
  3. 3
    Add prawns and garlic, stir-fry 90 seconds. Push to side, scramble eggs in the empty space.
  4. 4
    Add noodles, sambal, soy, oyster sauce and ketchup. Toss hard for 2 minutes.
  5. 5
    Add chopped tomatoes and bean sprouts for 30 seconds. Top with spring onions.
