1Heat oil in a pot. Fry chopped onion 5 minutes. Add garlic, ginger, curry powder and sambal for 1 minute.

2Pour in stock, bring to a simmer. Add chicken pieces, cook 10 minutes.

3Add coconut milk and prawns, simmer 4 minutes.

4Cook noodles per packet, drain, divide into bowls. Add bean sprouts.

5Ladle the curry over the noodles. Top with lime wedge. Eat immediately.
