1Drain and pat the chickpeas dry. Chop the pepper, courgette and red onion into bite-sized pieces.

2Toss everything with the oil, cumin, paprika and harissa until well coated.

3Tip into the air fryer basket and cook at 190C for 18-20 minutes, shaking halfway, until the veg is tender and the chickpeas are crisp.

4Serve over couscous or with flatbread and a spoon of yoghurt.
