The recipe

Instructions

    Drain the sweetcorn cobs and carefully cut each one lengthways into quarters to make ribs (take care, they are tough to cut).

    Toss the corn ribs in the cooking oil, paprika and salt until coated.
  3. 3
    Preheat the air fryer to 200C and arrange the ribs in a single layer.
  4. 4
    Cook at 200C for 10-12 minutes, until charred at the edges and starting to curl.
  5. 5
    Melt the butter and brush over the hot ribs, then squeeze over the lime and serve.
