1Drain the sweetcorn cobs and carefully cut each one lengthways into quarters to make ribs (take care, they are tough to cut).

2Toss the corn ribs in the cooking oil, paprika and salt until coated.

3Preheat the air fryer to 200C and arrange the ribs in a single layer.

4Cook at 200C for 10-12 minutes, until charred at the edges and starting to curl.

5Melt the butter and brush over the hot ribs, then squeeze over the lime and serve.
