1Brown the beef mince with the chopped onion in a large pan for 6-8 minutes, breaking up any lumps until cooked through.

2Stir in the garlic, then add the chopped tomatoes, ketchup, mustard and crumbled stock cube.

3Add the pasta and enough water to just cover, then simmer for 12-14 minutes until the pasta is tender, stirring now and then.

4Take off the heat and stir through the grated cheese until melted and creamy.

5Season with pepper and serve straight from the pan.
