The recipe

Instructions

    Brown the beef mince with the chopped onion in a large pan for 6-8 minutes, breaking up any lumps until cooked through.

    Stir in the garlic, then add the chopped tomatoes, ketchup, mustard and crumbled stock cube.
  3. 3
    Add the pasta and enough water to just cover, then simmer for 12-14 minutes until the pasta is tender, stirring now and then.

    Take off the heat and stir through the grated cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. 5
    Season with pepper and serve straight from the pan.
