Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken

Instructions

    Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker with the sliced onion and garlic.
  2. 2
    Mix the barbeque sauce, tomato ketchup, brown sugar, paprika and crumbled stock cube with a splash of water, then pour over the chicken.

    Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

    Lift out the chicken and shred with two forks, then stir it back into the sauce.
  5. 5
    Cook uncovered on high for 10 minutes to thicken, then serve in buns or over rice.
