1Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker with the sliced onion and garlic.

2Mix the barbeque sauce, tomato ketchup, brown sugar, paprika and crumbled stock cube with a splash of water, then pour over the chicken.

3Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

4Lift out the chicken and shred with two forks, then stir it back into the sauce.

5Cook uncovered on high for 10 minutes to thicken, then serve in buns or over rice.
