    Brown the mince and chopped onion in a large pot for 6-7 minutes, breaking up any lumps.
  2. 2
    Stir in the garlic, chilli powder and cumin and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. 3
    Add the chopped tomatoes, drained black beans, crumbled stock cube and 400ml water. Bring to the boil.
  4. 4
    Tip in the pasta, stir well and simmer for 12-14 minutes until the pasta is tender and the mince is cooked through.

    Season, scatter over the grated cheese and let it melt for a minute before serving.
