1Tip the flour, sugar and cocoa powder into a large microwave-safe mug and mix with a fork.

2Add the milk, oil and egg and beat until smooth, scraping down the sides so there are no dry pockets.

3Microwave on full power for about 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, until risen and just set on top but still gooey underneath.

4Let it stand for a minute, as the mug will be hot, then eat straight from the mug with a spoon.
