1Crush the digestives to fine crumbs by bashing them in a bag with a rolling pin.

2In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and honey until smooth and well combined.

3Stir in the biscuit crumbs, raisins and cocoa powder until you have a stiff, mouldable mixture. If it feels too soft, add a few more crumbs.

4Roll into 12 walnut-sized balls between your palms, then roll each one in the sesame seeds to coat.

5Chill for 30 minutes to firm up. Keep in the fridge in an airtight tub.
