The recipe

    Crush the digestives to fine crumbs by bashing them in a bag with a rolling pin.

    In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and honey until smooth and well combined.
  3. 3
    Stir in the biscuit crumbs, raisins and cocoa powder until you have a stiff, mouldable mixture. If it feels too soft, add a few more crumbs.

    Roll into 12 walnut-sized balls between your palms, then roll each one in the sesame seeds to coat.

    Chill for 30 minutes to firm up. Keep in the fridge in an airtight tub.
