1Rub the pork all over with the paprika, brown sugar and a good pinch of salt and pepper. Sit it on the sliced onion in the slow cooker.

2Mix the ketchup, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and crumbled stock cube with a splash of water, and pour over.

3Cook on LOW for 8 hours, until the pork pulls apart easily.

4Shred with two forks, stir back through the sauce, and pile into soft rolls with slaw.
