1Wilt the spinach in a dry pan, then squeeze out as much water as you can. Chop roughly.

2Mix with crumbled feta, chopped dill and spring onion, beaten eggs, pepper and nutmeg.

3Melt the butter. Layer 6 sheets of filo in a baking tin, brushing each with butter.

4Spread the filling evenly. Top with another 6 sheets of buttered filo. Score the top into squares.

5Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes until deep golden and crisp. Cool slightly before cutting.
