1Cube the chicken, marinate with yogurt and 1 tablespoon garam masala for 15 minutes.

2Sear the chicken hard in a non-stick pan for 5 minutes until charred. Set aside.

3In the same pan, melt half the butter. Add chopped garlic, ginger, paprika, turmeric, remaining garam masala. Cook 1 minute.

4Stir in tomato puree, then tomatoes. Simmer 10 minutes. Blend smooth, return to pan.

5Stir in cream, remaining butter and honey. Add the chicken, simmer 8 minutes. Top with coriander.
