    Whisk yeast and sugar into warm milk, leave 5 minutes until frothy.

    Mix flour, salt, yogurt and yeast mixture into a soft dough. Knead 8 minutes. Rest covered 1 hour.

    Divide into 6 balls, roll each into a teardrop shape about 5mm thick.

    Heat your oven's grill to maximum. Place naans directly on a hot heavy tray, grill 2 minutes per side until blistered.

    Brush with melted butter mixed with crushed garlic. Scatter with chopped coriander. Eat warm.
