1Cube the chicken. Marinate with yogurt, half the garlic, half the ginger, half the spices and salt for at least 20 minutes.

2Sear the marinated chicken in batches in a hot pan until charred at the edges, 4 minutes per batch. Set aside.

3In the same pan, soften chopped onion 8 minutes. Add remaining garlic, ginger, spices for 1 minute.

4Stir in the tomatoes and cook 10 minutes until thickened. Blend smooth if you want.

5Return the chicken with cream. Simmer 8 minutes. Top with coriander, serve with rice or naan.
