The recipe

Instructions

    Mix mince with grated onion, half the garlic crushed, half the chopped herbs, half the spices and salt. Form into 16 small balls.

    Brown the meatballs in oil in a wide pan 4 minutes. Set aside.
  3. 3
    In the same pan, soften remaining garlic, add tomatoes, stock and remaining spices. Simmer 8 minutes.

    Return meatballs, simmer 8 minutes more.
  5. 5
    Make 4 wells, crack eggs in. Cover, cook 5 minutes until whites set. Top with herbs.
