Instructions

    Soften chopped onion in oil for 6 minutes. Add garlic, ginger, all the spices for 1 minute.

    Stir in tomatoes and harissa, cook 3 minutes.

    Pour in lentils and stock. Bring to a simmer for 25 minutes until lentils breaking down.

    Blend half smooth, leave half chunky.
  5. 5
    Squeeze in lemon juice. Top with coriander and a swirl of yogurt. Serve with flatbread.
