1Mix flour, yeast, salt and water. Knead 10 minutes. Rest covered 90 minutes.

2Brown the lamb with chopped onion 8 minutes. Add garlic, peppers, pepper paste, cumin. Cook 5 more.

3Divide dough into 4. Roll each into a long oval, about 25cm.

4Pile filling down the middle, fold edges up to form a boat.

5Bake at 230°C for 12 minutes. Crack an egg in the centre of each, return for 3 minutes. Top with feta.
