    Cube the lamb. Brown in oil. Add chopped onion 8 minutes.

    Stir in garlic, ginger and all the spices for 1 minute.

    Add tomatoes, stock, and the lamb back. Simmer covered 45 minutes.

    Add cubed potatoes, simmer another 30 minutes until tender.
  5. 5
    Halve loaves, scoop out interior bread (save for soaking up sauce). Pile curry into the bread bowls. Top with coriander.
