1Cube the lamb. Brown in oil. Add chopped onion 8 minutes.

2Stir in garlic, ginger and all the spices for 1 minute.

3Add tomatoes, stock, and the lamb back. Simmer covered 45 minutes.

4Add cubed potatoes, simmer another 30 minutes until tender.

5Halve loaves, scoop out interior bread (save for soaking up sauce). Pile curry into the bread bowls. Top with coriander.
