    Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork. Add the eggs, milk, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir well and leave for 5 minutes for the oats to soften.

    Heat a non-stick pan with a knob of butter on a medium-low heat.

    Drop spoonfuls of batter into the pan, leaving room for them to spread. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on top and the edges look set.

    Flip carefully and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden underneath.

    Serve hot with a drizzle of honey, fresh berries, or just a knob of butter.
