1Boil peeled potatoes 18 minutes. Drain, mash with butter and milk.

2Brown beef mince in a pan, drain fat. Add chopped onion and diced carrot, cook 8 minutes.

3Stir in tomato puree, thyme, Worcestershire and stock. Simmer 15 minutes.

4Tip into a dish. Spoon mash on top, fork the surface for crispy peaks.

5Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes. Rest 10 minutes. Serve with peas.
