    Slice steak into thin strips. Toss with flour and seasoning.

    Cook noodles per packet, drain.
  3. 3
    Brown beef in batches in butter for 90 seconds per batch. Set aside.

    In the same pan, soften chopped onion 5 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms and garlic for 5 more.
  5. 5
    Pour in stock, simmer 3 minutes. Stir in mustard and sour cream off the heat. Return beef. Top with parsley over noodles.
