1Slice steak into thin strips. Toss with flour and seasoning.

2Cook noodles per packet, drain.

3Brown beef in batches in butter for 90 seconds per batch. Set aside.

4In the same pan, soften chopped onion 5 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms and garlic for 5 more.

5Pour in stock, simmer 3 minutes. Stir in mustard and sour cream off the heat. Return beef. Top with parsley over noodles.
