The recipe

Instructions

    Make dough: flour, egg, water, salt. Knead 8 minutes. Rest 30 minutes.

    Mix minces with grated onion, salt and pepper.
  3. 3
    Roll dough thinly. Cut into 6cm circles. Place a teaspoon of filling on each.

    Fold over, pinch closed. Bring the two corners together to form a tortellini shape.

    Boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes until they float. Toss with butter. Top with sour cream and dill.
