1Cube the beef. Brown in oil in a heavy pot. Set aside.

2Soften chopped onions for 12 minutes until very soft. Off the heat, add paprika, garlic, caraway.

3Return beef with tomatoes, stock and chopped peppers. Simmer covered 90 minutes.

4Add cubed potatoes, simmer another 30 minutes until tender.

5Stir in marjoram. Top with parsley. Serve with sour cream and crusty bread.
