1Brown chicken thighs in butter for 6 minutes. Set aside.

2In the same pan, slowly cook chopped onion 12 minutes until very soft. Off the heat, add paprika and garlic.

3Add chopped pepper, tomatoes and stock. Return chicken. Simmer covered 25 minutes.

4Cook noodles per packet.

5Off the heat, stir sour cream into the sauce. Plate over noodles, top with parsley.
