The recipe

    Brown chicken thighs in butter for 6 minutes. Set aside.
  2. 2
    In the same pan, slowly cook chopped onion 12 minutes until very soft. Off the heat, add paprika and garlic.
  3. 3
    Add chopped pepper, tomatoes and stock. Return chicken. Simmer covered 25 minutes.
  4. 4
    Cook noodles per packet.
  5. 5
    Off the heat, stir sour cream into the sauce. Plate over noodles, top with parsley.
