1Fry the sausages on medium-low for 12 minutes, turning, until cooked through. Set aside warm.

2In the same pan, fry the bacon, black pudding and halved tomatoes for 6 minutes.

3Toast the soda farl and potato bread in the pan with the meat fat — 2 minutes per side.

4Heat the beans. Fry the eggs sunny side up.

5Plate everything: bacon, sausage, pudding, soda farl, potato bread, tomato, beans, egg on top. Eat with strong tea.
