    Mix paprika, brown sugar, garlic, onion powder and salt. Rub all over the pork shoulder.

    Sit in a roasting tin, pour apple juice in the bottom. Cover tightly with foil.

    Roast at 140°C for 4 hours until the meat shreds with a fork.

    Shred with two forks, pour over half the BBQ sauce, toss.
  5. 5
    Make slaw: shred cabbage, mix with mayo, vinegar, salt. Pile pork in buns with slaw and remaining BBQ.
