1Brown the mince in oil for 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.

2Add chopped onion and green pepper, cook 5 minutes.

3Stir in tomatoes, ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire, mustard and paprika.

4Simmer 10 minutes until thick and saucy.

5Toast the buns. Pile in the mince — it WILL be sloppy. Eat with napkins.
