Instructions

    Brown the mince in oil for 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2
    Add chopped onion and green pepper, cook 5 minutes.
  3. 3
    Stir in tomatoes, ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire, mustard and paprika.

    Simmer 10 minutes until thick and saucy.
  5. 5
    Toast the buns. Pile in the mince — it WILL be sloppy. Eat with napkins.
